Terms of Service

Stocky is a paid data terminal. Each week it pulls public data on names reporting earnings: options-implied move, what analysts and the crowd are saying, profitability, and headline volume. It also shows a live top 25 crypto book by market cap. You are buying a data pull and a written summary of those fields. You are not buying advice, signals, or a recommendation to buy or sell.

The homepage may show a three-name earnings preview and a small live crypto teaser without a login. The full earnings tape, ticker pages, search, and the full crypto book require Clerk sign-in plus an active Stripe subscription. There is no demo account and no guest bypass.

Stocky is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor. Nothing on the site is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation. Markets are risky. You trade at your own risk. The first visit to the paid tape asks you to acknowledge this.

You must sign in with Clerk using an email you control. You are responsible for that account. Do not share a paid login. We may suspend access for abuse, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices.

Plans are $10 per month or $100 per year (two months free on the year), billed by Stripe Checkout on live prices. Checkout is Stripe — not Clerk Billing, Polar, or PayPal. On the Stripe page you may enter promo code STOCKY25 for 25% off the first invoice. We do not attach that coupon to every session. Taxes, if any, are handled by Stripe.

Cancel and refunds are described in the Refund & cancellation policy.

Do not:

• scrape, bulk-export, or republish the paid tape or crypto book
• resell access or share a subscription as a service bureau
• try to bypass the paid gate, Clerk, or Stripe
• use Stocky for unlawful trading, market manipulation, or spam
• present Stocky output as personalized investment advice

We may terminate an account that breaks these rules. Fees already paid follow the refund policy.

Live figures come from public APIs. If those feeds fail, the earnings page may show a labeled sample week; the crypto book will not invent coins. We do not warrant that any print, implied move, or quote is complete or will match a broker. Outages happen.

Stocky, the site design, and our written takes are ours. Public market data remains subject to the source providers. You get a limited, revocable license to view the terminal for your own use while your subscription is active.

The service is provided as is. To the extent Oregon law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for trading losses, missed prints, or feed errors. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict rules. Venue is state or federal courts in Oregon.
